"Electric salmon. Peaches and cream lolly, vanilla and very lifted confectionary nose. Vanilla Tiny bit baking spice on palate, a little savoury and a bit drier than nose suggests. It’s got lovely fresh acidity and a spongey dried apple or pear texture to it, though there’s not too much fruit on palate. A straightforward and easy to drink rosé."
